Yummy chocolate treats for Easter!

Yes ok I know it’s not especially healthy but it is an Easter treat! These little rice bubble creations are easy and take no time to make with your children.


150g Rice bubbles

50g butter

3 tbsp golden syrup

100g milk choc  & 100g dark choc

packet of mini chocolate eggs

Break up the pieces of chocolate.
Put the broken chocolate pieces, butter, and golden syrup in a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 min at a time on half power setting until melted.

Mix in the rice bubbles until they are all fully coated in chocolate mixture. Line a muffin tray with paper cases. Fill with the chocolate coated rice bubbles. Then add 3 mini chocolate eggs to the top of each treat. Let them set in the fridge.
